Dbeibeh expressed his country's solidarity with the UAE following open Iranian attacks on its territory and that of other countries in the region. He emphasized that these attacks represent a serious violation of state sovereignty and undermine regional security and stability. The President thanked Dbeibeh for Libya's supportive stance towards the UAE. Both parties called for an immediate end to military escalation in the region and urged a return to political and diplomatic means to address existing issues in a manner that preserves regional security and stability.
