The President of BAE visited the victims who were injured in the recent attacks and are receiving treatment in the hospital.
ABU DHABI, March 6, 2026 (WAM) -- His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, visited today a number of individuals who were injured in the recent Iranian attacks and are currently receiving treatment in the hospital. He wished them a speedy recovery and hoped for their safe return to their families. The President engaged in heartfelt conversations with the injured and their families, emphasizing that those affected from the UAE, Sudan, Iran, Pakistan, and India are part of the UAE family, and that the safety of all residents is a top priority. His Highness noted that the current circumstances reveal the true character and awareness of the UAE community, as demonstrated by the solidarity, cooperation, and commitment shown by the community in response to the security guidance issued by the relevant authorities; he expressed that this significantly contributes to the success of national efforts. The President also appreciated the dedication of the medical teams who continue to provide the highest levels of care. The injured and their families expressed their gratitude for the visit of the President, thanking him for the attention and care shown by the UAE leadership towards its citizens. They prayed for the continued security and stability of the UAE and its people. Some of the injured have recently been discharged from the hospital after receiving necessary medical care and fully recovering. During the visit, His Highness was accompanied by H.H. Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Head of Special Affairs at the Presidential Palace; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Advisor to the President of the UAE; and several senior officials.
