Bookings for passengers wanting to travel on Etihad Rail from the Dubai station have now been opened. Tickets can be booked on the Etihad Rail website or through the operator’s mobile app.

Ticket prices from Dubai to Abu Dhabi start at Dh39 per person in Comfort class and Dh109 in Premium class.

The first train from Dubai to Abu Dhabi will leave at 6:15am. Four additional trips are available for passengers to book throughout the day. The journey is expected to be completed in one hour and four minutes.

Those who want to travel towards Fujairah from Dubai have one service available for now. The total duration of that trip will be one hour and 10 minutes.

Passengers can choose between Comfort Class and Premium Class. Comfort Class includes complimentary Wi-Fi, power sockets at every seat, and access to a food and beverage trolley service. Premium Class offers wider reclining seats, extra legroom, complimentary refreshments and snacks, and a quieter cabin environment.

Saver, Value and Flex ticket options are available for travellers. The Saver option assigns seats automatically, does not allow any changes and is non-refundable.

The Dubai station, officially named Al Yalayis Station, is scheduled to open on 30 September 2026.
