The caller asked for his ticket number and told him he had won. He said he pinched himself and did not believe it at first, and checked the DDF Facebook page to confirm. The first person he called to share the news was his mother, who started crying. He then called his wife, who had long questioned his spending on the raffle tickets over the years.
