Dubai schools are giving parents and visitors a little reminder to think twice before snapping photos or videos on campus, especially if other students or staff end up in the frame without consent.

The guidance also covers corridors, playgrounds, assemblies, as well as drop-off and pick-up areas. Parents have also been asked not to share photos or videos containing other students on social media, WhatsApp groups or other digital platforms without consent.

The guidance is not about stopping parents from capturing their own children's milestones.
