MEXICO CITY, 8th October (WAM) -- Tropical Storm Simone formed on Wednesday in the Pacific Ocean off Mexico's south-western coast, the National Hurricane Centre said.The storm's centre was about 175 miles (285 kilometres) south-east of Lázaro Cárdenas, Mexico.The storm is expected to bring heavy rainfall that could cause life-threatening flooding in parts of south-western Mexico.
