The "Dubai Weddings" initiative has helped 1,411 Emirati couples take the step into married life, offering a package of support that goes well beyond the ceremony itself.

Couples benefit from financial assistance, housing support, education services and counselling designed to give newly formed families a stable start.

According to figures released in August 2026, 3,519 people have taken part in the initiative's awareness and guidance programmes, while 2,898 weddings have been held under its umbrella.

In total, 1,411 Emirati women and 1,487 Emirati men have married through the programme, underlining Dubai's continued focus on social cohesion and support for national families.
