SARAJEVO, March 13, 2026 (WAM) -- Dubai Basketball defeated Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz 100-94 in the 31st round of the EuroLeague, maintaining control for most of the match in front of a packed crowd at Zetra in Sarajevo. Dubai started the game strongly, establishing an 11-point lead within the first five minutes, led by Dwayne Bacon, Mfiondu Kabengele, and Dzanan Musa. The team continued to dominate in the first quarter, finishing it with a 29-21 advantage. Bacon finished as Dubai's top scorer with 23 points, while Kabengele added 17 points. Musa delivered another impressive performance, contributing 19 points, seven rebounds, and three assists in just over 23 minutes on the court. For Baskonia, Mouhamet Diakite led all scorers with 27 points, while Jordan Omoruyi contributed 18 points. Dubai will remain in Sarajevo for their next match on March 15, where they will host Crvena Zvezda in the ABA League at Zetra, before facing Partizan in an away game in the EuroLeague.
