The ‘Dubai Weddings’ initiative has helped 1,411 Emirati couples start families, with support that includes financial aid, housing, education and counselling services.

As of August 2026, 3,519 people had benefited from the initiative’s awareness and guidance programmes, while 2,898 weddings were held through the scheme. In total, 1,411 Emirati women and 1,487 Emirati men married with its support.

The programme forms part of Dubai’s wider efforts to make it easier for Emirati citizens to marry and build family life in the emirate.
