The session will highlight the growing role of art in storytelling and in expressing human experiences, as well as its ability to transcend cultural and linguistic boundaries and build bridges between communities.Mattar bin Lahej is a prominent Emirati artist whose practice spans painting, photography, design and sculpture. ABU DHABI, 28th August, 2026 (WAM) -- The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX) 2026 recorded strong public attendance on the opening day of its 23rd edition at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.Held under the patronage of H.H. أبوظبي، 28 أغسطس 2026 (وام) -- سلّط برنامج الخبراء الوطني (NEP) الضوء على الإسهام المتنامي للمرأة الإماراتية في القطاعات ذات الأولوية بدولة الإمارات، حيث تشكّل النساء غالبية الخبراء الذين أعدّهم البرنامج منذ إطلاقه عام 2019. وعبر أربع دفعات، أعدّ البرنامج 86 خبيراً إماراتياً، بينهم 44 امرأة يمثّلن 51 بالمئة من المشاركين، ويسهمون في مجالات العلوم والتكنولوجيا والرعاية الصحية والاستدامة والسياسات العامة والبنية التحتية وعلوم البحار والثقافة وخدمات الأسرة والنظم الغذائية. ويعدّ البرنامج الخبراء الإماراتيين عبر مسارات تطوير متخصصة لكل قطاع، وإرشاد تنفيذي، ومشاريع ختامية مرتبطة بالأولويات الوطنية، وتفاعل مباشر مع كبار القادة الحكوميين. وقالت طيف العامري، خبيرة البرنامج الممثلة لقطاع الإعلام: «عزّز البرنامج فهمي لمعنى الإسهام بصفة خبير، وأكّد أن الخبرة تحمل مسؤولية، وأن كل فرصة لخدمة الإمارات هي فرصة لإحداث أثر دائم». كما شاركت خبيرات البرنامج في منصات دولية كبرى؛ إذ أسهمت البروفيسورة هدى الخزيمي في أعمال الأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات والمنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي، بما في ذلك منصاته العالمية في دافوس. وأتمّت وحيدة الحضرمي مؤخراً برنامج أكسفورد للقيادات الثقافية، وسبق أن مثّلت الإمارات في مجموعات العمل الثقافية ضمن منصتي اليونسكو ومجموعة العشرين. وفي مارس 2025، شاركت خبيرات البرنامج في أول جلسة حوارية له ضمن القمة العالمية للحكومات، جمعت خبراء من قطاعات التكنولوجيا والاستدامة والسياسات والقطاعات المستقبلية. وفي COP28، شارك 12 من زملاء البرنامج وخريجيه في أدوار متحدثين، من بينهم خبيرات أسهمن في نقاشات حول الاستدامة والابتكار والأولويات الوطنية. وخلال عام الاستدامة 2023، انضمت خبيرات البرنامج إلى شبكة خبراء الاستدامة، فيما قدّم خبراء الدفعة الرابعة من البرنامج خلال ملتقى The Behavioural Exchange (BX2025) ثمانية حلول للسياسات السلوكية، من بينها أربعة مشاريع بقيادة نساء. وقالت ميثاء الكعبي، خبيرة البرنامج الممثلة لقطاع الشؤون الخارجية: «تمثيل الإمارات دولياً يحمل شعوراً عميقاً بالمسؤولية، وقد عزّز البرنامج ثقتي بالإسهام في الحوارات العالمية مع البقاء متجذّرة في قيم بلادنا وطموحاتها». وتشغل خبيرات البرنامج أدواراً في مؤسسات تسهم في تشكيل مستقبل الإمارات؛ فأسماء العذري تسهم في سياسات الأسرة والمجتمع، بينما ترأس عائشة حريب مجلس الابتكار في شرطة دبي. وتسهم نوف الحملي في دبلوماسية العلوم والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة، فيما أصبحت ميرة المهيري أول امرأة إماراتية تعمل مفتشة للأمان النووي في الهيئة الاتحادية للرقابة النووية، وأول خبيرة إماراتية تتعاقد معها الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية في مجال ثقافة الأمان. وطوّرت مريم الفلاسي نظاماً لإعادة توجيه فائض الطعام إلى المحتاجين، أسهم في توفير أكثر من خمسة ملايين وجبة منذ عام 2023. ويواصل البرنامج التوسع في قطاعات النمو المستقبلية، إذ يضم مساره المتخصص في الذكاء الاصطناعي 32 خبيراً إماراتياً، بينهم 12 امرأة. وقالت الدكتورة أسماء فكري، خبيرة البرنامج الممثلة لقطاع العلوم المتقدمة واقتصاد المستقبل: «كل جيل يبني على ما سبقه، والفرصة أمامنا هي مواصلة تعزيز الخبرة، ودعم بعضنا بعضاً، وإعداد الجيل القادم من الإماراتيات للإسهام في مستقبل الإمارات».

دبي، 28 أغسطس 2026 (وام) -- احتفلت جمارك دبي بتخريج 36 طالباً من برنامجي «مسار 33 – نافس» و«مخيم دبي الصيفي»، اللذين يهدفان إلى تعريف الشباب بالفرص المهنية وإعداد الكوادر الوطنية لمتطلبات سوق العمل المستقبلية. وضم البرنامجان 26 طالباً في «مخيم دبي الصيفي» و10 طلاب في «مسار 33 – نافس»، بمشاركة 12 جهة حكومية وخاصة، من بينها خمس جهات حكومية وسبع مؤسسات من القطاع الخاص. وحضر حفل التخريج ممثلون عن الجهات الحكومية والخاصة والشركاء الاستراتيجيين والطلبة وأولياء أمورهم. واكتسب المشاركون خبرة عملية وإرشاداً مهنياً واطلاعاً على مهن وتخصصات متنوعة، ما ساعدهم على تحديد ميولهم وفهم المهارات المطلوبة في القطاعات الاقتصادية النامية، فيما وفّر «مسار 33» شهراً من التدريب والانخراط المباشر في بيئة العمل. وتدعم المبادرة أهداف «مسار 33 – نافس» عبر تعزيز التوجيه المهني المبكر للكوادر الوطنية وربط التعليم وتنمية المهارات بالاحتياجات الاقتصادية، بما يتماشى مع أجندة دبي الاقتصادية D33. وقال محمد الغفاري، المدير التنفيذي لقطاع التفتيش الجمركي في جمارك دبي: «نحن ننظر إلى تخريج اليوم لا باعتباره نهاية لتجربة تدريبية، بل بداية لوعي من نوع جديد». وأضاف أن الانخراط المبكر يساعد الطلبة على فهم قدراتهم وميولهم والفرص المتاحة أمامهم بصورة أفضل، بما يمكّنهم من اتخاذ قرارات تعليمية ومهنية أكثر وعياً. وأكد الغفاري أن إعداد الأجيال القادمة مسؤولية مشتركة تشمل الحكومة والقطاع الخاص والمجتمع والأسرة، مشيراً إلى أن الشراكات تمنح الطلبة خبرة مباشرة في بيئة العمل وتربط تعلّمهم بالمهارات التي يحتاجها الاقتصاد. من جهته، قال خميس المهيري، مدير الموارد البشرية والمدير بالإنابة لأكاديمية دبي للخدمات اللوجستية في جمارك دبي، إن مشاركة 12 جهة حكومية وخاصة تعكس أهمية الشراكات في توفير تدريب وثيق الصلة بواقع سوق العمل. وأضاف: «هدفنا ليس مجرد تعريف الطلبة بالمهن المختلفة، بل مساعدتهم على إدراك المهارات والمسؤوليات التي تتطلبها الحياة المهنية، ومنحهم فرصة مبكرة لاختبار ميولهم وقدراتهم في بيئات عمل واقعية متنوعة». وأشادت جمارك دبي بمشاركة وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين، ومجلس تنمية الموارد البشرية الإماراتية-دبي، ومجلس تنافسية الكوادر الإماراتية «نافس»، و«فرجان دبي»، وكليات التقنية العليا، إلى جانب مؤسسات القطاع الخاص المشاركة. كما أبرزت دور أولياء الأمور في دعم الخيارات التعليمية والمهنية للطلبة، مؤكدة أهمية التعاون بين المؤسسات والأسر وجهات التدريب وسوق العمل في تنمية رأس المال البشري الوطني.

أبوظبي، 28 أغسطس 2026 (وام) -- أعلنت الاتحاد للطيران أن الكابتن هدى المسلمي أصبحت أول امرأة إماراتية تحصل على مؤهل كابتن مدربة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، في إنجاز جديد يضاف إلى مسيرة الطيران الوطني. ويتزامن الإعلان مع يوم المرأة الإماراتية، لتصبح المسلمي أول إماراتية يُعهد إليها بتدريب الطيارين وتأهيلهم وفق أعلى معايير السلامة والاحترافية. وبدأت المسلمي مسيرتها في مجال الطيران عام 2003، والتحقت بالاتحاد للطيران عام 2014، وتدرجت من مساعد طيار إلى كابتن في عام 2023، قبل أن تحصل على مؤهل مدرب التأهيل على الطراز في عام 2026. وتحمل المسلمي رخصة سارية للتشغيل على طائرات بوينغ 787، وتجاوز رصيدها 10 آلاف ساعة طيران، بعد أن قادت في السابق طائرات إيرباص A330 وA340 وبوينغ 777. كما تحمل درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الطيران ودرجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال ونظم المعلومات. وقالت المسلمي: «أن تكون الأول يعني أن تتقدم قبل أن يكون هناك طريق تسير عليه. وحين لا تتوفر خريطة، تتعلم أن تشق طريقك بعزيمة، وأن تحوّل التحديات إلى قوة، وأن تواصل التقدم نحو ما بدا يوماً بعيد المنال». وأضافت: «بالنسبة لي، لم يكن كوني الأولى يوماً مرتبطاً باللقب، بل بأن أحرص على ألا أكون الأخيرة، وأن أفتح الطريق أمام المزيد من الإماراتيات للارتقاء والتميز والمضي إلى أبعد من ذلك». وتتولى المسلمي في منصبها الجديد تدريب وتأهيل الجيل المقبل من الطيارين، بعد أن عملت مع طيارين من جنسيات ومستويات خبرة مختلفة. من جانبها، قالت الدكتورة نادية بستكي، الرئيس التنفيذي للموارد البشرية والشؤون الحكومية والمؤسسية في الاتحاد للطيران: «يشكل إنجاز الكابتن هدى تعبيراً قوياً عما يمكن تحقيقه عندما تجتمع الموهبة والإصرار والفرصة». وأضافت أن إنجاز المسلمي يجسد رؤية القيادة الرشيدة في تمكين المرأة الإماراتية، والتزام الاتحاد للطيران بتطوير الكفاءات الوطنية لتبلغ أعلى المستويات في قطاع الطيران. وتمثل الإماراتيات حالياً 75 بالمئة من إجمالي مواطني الدولة العاملين في الاتحاد للطيران، ويسهمن في مختلف عمليات الناقلة، من قمرة القيادة إلى المناصب القيادية العليا. وأكدت الاتحاد للطيران أنها ستواصل الاستثمار في المرأة الإماراتية في مجالات الطيران والهندسة والقيادة، بما يدعم الجيل المقبل للبناء على إنجازات مثل ما حققته المسلمي.
