DUBAI, March 5, 2026 (WAM) -- The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF) will participate in the 2026 London Book Fair, scheduled to take place from March 10 to 12 in London. This event is one of the leading organizations in the publishing and information sectors worldwide. The participation is part of MBRF's commitment to strengthening its international presence and expanding strategic partnerships with the world's leading intellectual and knowledge institutions. Through this participation, MBRF aims to reinforce the knowledge ecosystem, highlight its fundamental role in the production and dissemination of knowledge content, and steer the global dialogue on the future of knowledge. Additionally, it aligns with the vision of the United Arab Emirates, positioning it strongly as a global center for knowledge production, support, and exchange. MBRF CEO Jamal bin Huwaireb stated, “We are pleased to continuously maintain our presence at this leading global knowledge forum. These include the 'Dubai International Writing Program,' 'KnowTalks,' and the 'Future Skills Academy.' Furthermore, MBRF aims to promote its ongoing efforts in developing global knowledge indices and designing and implementing programs to create strong and sustainable knowledge societies. As part of MBRF's participation, the 'Knowledge Lounge' will host a series of inspiring sessions. These sessions will include discussions such as 'The Arab Book Through Foreign Eyes' with publisher Haitham Hussein, 'The Longing for Poetry and Language' with poet Faie Nasser, 'Writing Away from Home' with novelist Hamdan Damaj, and 'A Look at Arab Book Clubs in the United Kingdom.' The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Award (MBRKA) will also conduct a panel discussion titled 'Making a Global Impact on Knowledge: The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Award.' This session will feature MBRKA holder Dr. David M Clark and MBRKA Advisory Board member Professor Nick Rawlins.
